How long does shipping take?
All order are shipped once a week, on Tuesdays. Orders placed on Wednesdays after 12 pm PST won’t ship until the following week. We ship using Canada Post, UPS and USPS.
Domestic orders (Canada) usually arrive within 2 - 8 business days from shipping. On average, orders to the US take 5 - 10 business days to arrive.
That said, sometimes they make take up to 13 weeks (sometimes longer) to be delivered. Unfortunately, once the package crosses the border I do not have any control over customs, and there are occasions where the package may be held a bit longer for processing. This is especially true during the holiday rush. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or the post office.
Will I be able to track my package?
Tracking is now automatically included for US + International orders. For Canadian orders, all small parcels (candles, shirts and totes) automatically include tracking. Everything else will be shipped without tracking unless you specifically select tracking at checkout, at an additional fee. I’m sorry! (unfortunately tracking is very expensive, so I don’t include it automatically to keep shipping costs down).
Do you ship internationally?
We’re currently only shipping within Canada and the US.
What's your return/exchange policy?
Because I run a small independent shop, returns/exchanges are not available at this point. That is, unless your product is damaged or if there's an error in your order (on our part). Five15 is also not responsible for lost/stolen packages, errors at the post office or mistakes in shipping addresses. Please double check before your purchase you've given us your correct address!
